GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS
Client satisfac tion guarantee:
Onlygaz is committed to the full satisfaction of our clients. If our product is not conformant to its visual representation or its description, you may send us back the item within 6 days of the reception of the package and be reimbursed (shipment costs are in your charge).
In order to allow us to replace your product or reimburse you as soon as possible, please contact us before sending back the product, so that the request may be handled in the best way possibe. You will then receive a confirmation message validating this operation. All returns are subject to prior acceptance.
All returned products are subject to a strict conformity check against the record of delivered products.
For orders of materials that are already available, the shipment will be done as follows:
- Payment by bank card: D + 2 (current)
- Payment by cheque: D + 2
For orders of materials that are not readily available, we will communicate to you the delivery time, on a case by case basis.
In keeping with the provisons of the Law on informatics and freedom of January 6, 1978, you have a right to access and modify the data concerning you. We may send you information regarding our promotional campaigns, product updates, special offers etc., by e-mail or regular post.
If you do not wish to receive this information, please inform us of it by e-mail, making sure to include your contact details.
Onlygaz commits to insuring short delivery periods, wthin the limits of our own responsibility. All deliveries will be done by means of registered mail or by any other lawful method that will enable the client to provide a proof of reception. Our products are carefully packaged in order to make sure that they are not damaged during transportation.
Delivery is available in France and the European Union; to that end we use the French Post (LA POSTE). Specifically, we use the Colissimo service pack, which allows us to track the package during shipment.
The shipment of our products is subject to the guarantees offered by LA POSTE. If the product is damaged during transportation, it is the client’s responsibility to report such damage. Thus, the client must inform either the sender or the post office in their area, upon reception of the package or within 48 hours at the latest.
Right of cancellation:
In keeping with article L121-16 of the Consumption Code, Buyers have the right to send back the products at their own expense and be reimbursed. The products must be returned to Onlygaz in perfect sale order, that is in their original state (packaging, accessories, notice…) and accompanied by the invoice corresponding to the purchase. The proucts that are incomplete, broken, damaged or that have had their packaging deteriorated will not be replaced or reimbursed. The buyer who makes use of the right of cancellation will be reimbursed by means of a cheque within 8 days.
For all litigation or claims concerning the sale, the purchase or the reimbursement of products sold through the ONLYGAZ website, legal action must be filed with the competent Courts of law in the geographical area of the plaintiff.
